Dear Friends and Supporters,
Since 1989, with support from community members such as you, Attain Housing has provided critical transitional housing for families on the Eastside. The need for these services is growing each day in an ever-changing environment. In light of this, Attain Housing’s Board of Directors decided the best path forward to continue providing housing and services for families was through a strategic partnership that allows for sustainable, efficient service delivery well into the future.
It is with great excitement that we announce the Board of Attain Housing has partnered with Hopelink to enter into a management agreement to operate Attain Housing’s properties and provide the highest quality services to families residing there. With the shared goal of preserving the affordability of these housing units and that families continue to receive the best support possible on their journey to permanent housing, both Hopelink and the Board of Attain Housing hope to enter into a merger agreement within the next six months for Attain Housing’s affordable units to become part of Hopelink’s Housing portfolio.
Since 1971, Hopelink has served homeless and low-income families, children, seniors, and people with disabilities in King and Snohomish counties; providing stability and helping people gain the skills and knowledge they need to exit poverty for good. Hopelink’s transitional and long-term housing programs in Bellevue, Bothell, Duvall, and Redmond include comprehensive support to help families move from crisis to stability. While families are living in Hopelink housing, they work closely with a skilled case manager to identify strengths, overcome obstacles, and set and meet goals designed to find and maintain permanent housing.
