Eviction Prevention & Move-In Assistance Program

In 2021, we aided over 182 households with financial assistance to avoid eviction and move-in assistance. 97% of those who receive Stable Home funds remain in their homes 3-6 months after receiving support. On average, it cost less than $1,468 per household kept these families from becoming homeless. This program spares families from the trauma of homelessness in a cost-effective way and is a great return on your social investment.

Do You Qualify?

Do you currently live in King County in the city of Kirkland, Bellevue, Redmond, Sammamish, Duvall, Issaquah, Bothell, Woodinville, Kenmore, or Carnation?

Is your name on a lease and do you live in permanent housing?

Have you experienced an unexpected crisis in the last 60 days that has impacted your ability to pay rent?

Do you have a resolution to the crisis, and will you be able to pay rent next month?

Do you earn 80% Area Median Income for King County or less?

Do you have dependent children in your household younger than 18?
