Dan Golden, Home Loan Consultant and Branch Manager, HomeStreet Bank
As Branch Manager and Home Loan Consultant at HomeStreet Bank, Dan has helped “create the dream of home ownership” for over 20 years in Western Washington. He is a 17-time President’s Club Award winner for outstanding service and production as a loan officer and sales leader.
Susan Lemaire, Real Estate Professional, Windermere Real Estate/East, Inc.
Currently Managing Broker at Windermere Real Estate/Yarrow Bay, with over 15 years of real estate experience, Susan is a member of National Association of Realtors and Washington State Association of Realtors, and serves on the Board of the Kirkland Kiwanis club.
Peggy Walton, Community Volunteer
A long-time Kirkland resident, Peggy currently serves on the Children’s Hospital Foundation Board, Research Advisory board, Bioethics Advisory Board, and is the co-chair of the Skinner Guild.

“Crystal” is a dedicated mother of two children. After struggling with homelessness for over three months she came to Attain Housing. Upon entering our transitional housing program, Crystal started working with her case manager, setting goals and identifying the individual steps to achieve them. Obtaining permanent housing was Crystal’s ultimate goal.

Attain Housing hosted its Annual “Wish Upon a Star” Fall Dinner and Auction this past Saturday, September 26, at The Westin Bellevue. The event, presented by Windermere Real Estate, raised over $229,000 to support families as they move from homelessness to stable, productive, and self-sufficient futures.
