Attain Housing Welcomes New Board Members Golden, Lemaire & Walton

Attain Housing is pleased to announce and welcome new board members Dan Golden, Susan Lemaire and Peggy Walton.

Dan GoldenDan Golden, Home Loan Consultant and Branch Manager, HomeStreet Bank
As Branch Manager and Home Loan Consultant at HomeStreet Bank, Dan has helped “create the dream of home ownership” for over 20 years in Western Washington. He is a 17-time President’s Club Award winner for outstanding service and production as a loan officer and sales leader. Through his affiliation with HomeStreet, Dan is a member of The Master Builders Association, The Washington Mortgage Bankers Association, and the Kirkland Chamber of Commerce. He and his Homestreet Loan office have been a lead contributor and volunteer to Attain.

Susan LemaireSusan Lemaire, Real Estate Professional, Windermere Real Estate/East, Inc.
Currently Managing Broker at Windermere Real Estate/Yarrow Bay, with over 15 years of real estate experience, Susan is a member of National Association of Realtors and Washington State Association of Realtors, and serves on the Board of the Kirkland Kiwanis club. She is also a member of the Kirkland Chamber of Commerce and Kirkland Women’s Club. In her spare time, she volunteers for the Burned Children’s Recovery Foundation and Habitat for Humanity (including an International Build in November 2013 in Cambodia). Susan lives in Kirkland with her 1.5 year-old Golden Retriever Scarlett and Buckley, the cat.

Peggy WaltonPeggy Walton, Community Volunteer
A long-time Kirkland resident, Peggy currently serves on the Children’s Hospital Foundation Board, Research Advisory board, Bioethics Advisory Board, and is the co-chair of the Skinner Guild. Peggy is an active member of our community and has also served on the Seattle Children’s Hospital, Chairman of Governing Board, Chairman Research Advisory Board, Education Council on the National Association of Children’s Hospitals, and Junior League of Seattle Board of Directors.

“Each of these individuals will add great expertise and knowledge to the Attain Housing Board, as well as proven commitment to the mission of the organization,” said Cheri Kilty, Attain Housing Executive Director.
